Description
This path will help you prepare to manage a Windows 2012 server. You will begin by learning the steps to install and configure servers, configure server roles and other server features, install and administer active directory, and create and manage group policy. Next you will move on to creating and modifying user accounts, implementing group policies, configuring a DNS server, implementing remote access, installing a network policy server, and implementing network access protection. You will learn about enterprise desktops, the various types of deployment images, Windows Deployment Services, and how to configure the DFSR server and SCCM 2012. You will learn how to configure desktops using the Lite touch and the Zero touch Deployment, how to manage remote desktop and virtualization concepts, and how to manage the RD Gateway and Web Access. To close this course you will get familiar with managing desktop security options that you can use to protect desktop systems from malicious data access and malware threats.
