Description
This path covers the basic principles of UX design as applied to UI (User Interface) design, along with Microsoft tools like basic wire framing, UX design in the abstract, how to write a user story, and Information Architecture. You will learn what makes a good UX design team, from member roles to design inspiration. You will explore Expression Blend and Expression Suite, and the basics of creating interfaces that can be hooked up with Visual Studio. Finally, you will learn the basics of Windows 8 aesthetics, how to design applications to look like they are part of the Windows 8 environment, and how to design applications for the touch interface.
